Disguised as tax funds, this wealth was being transported back to the capital through the Su Family Escort Bureau. Along the journey, a group of four skilled vigilantes led by Shi Zhongyu and Qi Fenghe ingeniously devised a plan to reclaim the relief funds for the suffering people. However, their actions inadvertently entangled the Su family, leading to a tragedy, as the beneficiaries of the relief were ruthlessly persecuted.
