In the 1970s, Hong Kong was in a Dark Age under British colonization. The poor suffered while the British police colluded with the triads, letting criminal activities such as gambling and illegal drug transactions run wild. Sister Tie, the owner of Tie Ji Restaurant, strives to protect the weak and vulnerable in the slum area.
