Description:Jeon Do Yeon is a South Korean film actress. She debuted through a commercial shoot in 1990 and mainly filmed dramas in her early career. Her representative works include "Lovers in Prague." In 1997, she made her first appearance on the big screen with the movie "The Contact" and swept all the newcomer awards in South Korea. After that, she filmed many movies. In 2007, Jeon Do Yeon won Best Actress at the Cannes Film Festival, Blue Dragon Film Awards, and the Korean Association of Film Critics Awards with the movie "Secret Sunshine." In 2009, she was awarded the Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres from France. In 2014, she served as a jury member at the Cannes Film Festival. She starred in the movie "A Man and a Woman" in 2016 and on June 3, she won Best Actress at the 52nd Baeksang Arts Awards.
